What time do you close?: The court office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is one employee and the office is subject to closure for lunch and other absences. In the event of closure, you may leave your payment or paperwork in the drop box or you may return during business hours with the clerk to handle your case(s). Warrants are not issued during a court absence and additional time is added due to Clerk's office being closed for anything other than holidays and weekends. Juveniles cannot pay online.

1. Can I pay my citation over the phone or online or drop box?: Payments are not taken by phone. You may pay on-line, or leave your payment/ paperwork in the drop box, or you may return during business hours with the clerk to handle your case(s). Warrants are not issued during a court absence and additional time is added due to Clerk's office being closed for anything other than holidays and weekends. Juveniles cannot pay online.

2. If I have a commercial drivers license (CDL) can I take deferred disposition or a driving safety course?: No, you are not eligible if you hold a commercial drivers license (CDL).

4. Can I reset my court date the day of court?: Resets require a 7 business day request by mail, drop box, or in person. No resets are given on the day of court. Exceptions may be granted in cases of medical or emergency situations. Determined on case by case basis at the discretion of the court.

5. How much is my fine, it is not listed on the citation?: You may find the citation information on-line, and or contact the court for more information.

6. Can I enroll in a payment plan for my warrants?: You may contact the court for more information.

9. My child received a ticket and is a Juvenile, can I just pay it and not come to court?: No, you must appear as required by law with your child before the Judge and only the legal parent or guardian may do so.

10. I want to take Defensive Driving, but do not know where to take the class. Do you have a listing?: Visit the Texas Education Agency website for listing of approved courses.

11. I received a citation and do not want to appear in court. Can I just pay it before my court date?: Yes, depending on what the offense is and what it is you are requesting to do in response to the citation.
