Court Days & Schedule Changes

Court day recurs each 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. Court window closes at 1:00pm on court days. Review the rules of courtroom decorum and conduct. Dress code is strictly enforced. Clerks are not licensed attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.

Mail: Accepted payment options include cashier's check, money order. Check or money orders are made to the order of: City of Glenn Heights.

On-Line: You can also pay online.

24-Hour Drop Box 

A 24-hour white drop box is located to the left of the front of the door for payments after hours and on court closures. Payments placed in correct drop box are the responsibility of the defendant.

Please note the drop box on the right side wall is for water payments only. Do not include cash. Write the citation number on your payment. Payments are made payable to City of Glenn Heights.

Reset Court Date

Reset court dates require 7 days advance notice. Access the request form (PDF).

Judge C. Callaway requires a written request submitted 7 business days before your scheduled court appearance. This request form must include the reason why you cannot appear, must be signed, dated, and include address and telephone number or it shall be denied automatically. Requests less than four days before court will be heard at the start of court.
