About the Committee

Glenn Heights 50th AnniversaryThis Ad Hoc Committee created by the City Council. It is intended to do the following:

  • Advises, plans and executes the City of Glenn Heights 50th Anniversary Jubilee Celebrations
  • Plans events that highlight the history of Glenn Heights throughout the 2019 calendar year, with a large event hosted in September
  • Helps to foster a sense of community pride, will gather, present, and preserve the City's history and promote community involvement as a vital element of the City's sustainability
