Upcoming Projects (as of January 2025)

O'Reilly Auto Parts: once permits have been issued, construction will start 30-60 days later. This project is located at the intersection of Santa Rosa Drive and E Ovilla Road.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:  This project is located at E Bear Creek Road & I35 E.

Tractor Supply:  This project is located at E Bear Creek Road & I35 E.

Stewart Farms: The builder, Ashton Wood, has begun the grading process. This project is located at W Bear Creek Road & S Westmoreland Road.

Valencia Estates (formerly Paradise Estates): This project will be located at the SE Corner of Westmoreland Road and W Bear Creek Road.
