Welcome from the Fire Chief
I am pleased to welcome you to the City of Glenn Heights Fire Department. Glenn Heights Fire Department was established in 1978 as an all-Volunteer Department. Our department is now fully staffed by paid firefighters who are here to serve you. Our Fire Department is rich with history and traditions of providing quality service and programs to the community. We stand committed to expanding on this tradition in our future endeavors through collaborative community interaction and the enhanced delivery of customer care services.
We value and celebrate our history as we strive daily to improve ourselves by staying on the cutting edge of innovative technology which is forever evolving. The value we place on technical skills, interpersonal skills, and balance allows us to impact the lives of our 15,500 citizens. Membership in the Glenn Heights Fire Department Family carries with it a host of responsibilities and expectations. The awareness and commitment to meeting all of them will ensure the fulfillment of our mission. Our awareness begins with viewing everyone not only as our customer but as family.
It is our belief that the quality of life within our community depends on a partnership between our citizens, businesses, elected officials and city employees.
I am honored to serve as your Fire Chief, and I am very fortunate to be surrounded by professional and dedicated staff who displays passion and great servitude daily. We remain positioned to respond to your needs with professionalism, compassion, integrity, and respect.
Respectfully, Keith Moore
